Fantastic place, well sticked health food and natural products shop, behind a lovely coffee shop / deli cafe. Serving unusual tea, coffee and great healthy foods for snacks and lunch. Really enjoyed the (hot) vegan wrap and chickpea salad, white tea with pear. Forgot to photograph before we finished it all! We'll be back!

A great cafe, deli & health food store. Always superb coffee for sit in or takeaway. Great range of fresh French breads available Tue-Sat. A perfect choice for lunch - salads, pies, sandwiches, wraps, homemade soup etc. Soup flavours vary day to day and include such treats as garlic & chickpea, broccoli, red pepper, apple & celeriac.Coffee and fresh cake/ tray bakes/ pastries is always a delight - the mini French pastries are a personal favourite.

We still somehow can't quite believe we are over a year into this pandemic. The last year has been a mad one for those of us lucky enough to have worked throughout. Just a quick thank you to our customers who have supported us so much since this all began, its down to you all that we are able to keep our doors open this whole time. We have had to adapt the same as everyone and we know shopping is a different experience these days but we just wanted to say: we are always here to help! Don't be afraid to give us a phone call or a message if you don't feel up to coming in store. We can arrange to have your shopping delivered via courier or if you park up outside we will gladly bring it to you. No question is too small and we will always do everything we can to help 💕

A hint of spring and perhaps brighter times? Life is getting harder and harder as time goes on, lockdowns are extended and sometimes we feel like we are getting nowhere. One of our wonderful customers @ifeelcrafty took these daffodils in for us as a gift and it brightened up our day so much! It's a little reminder that soon there will be brighter mornings, warmer days and happier nights. This too shall pass 💛 ...

This is your reminder to check in on yourself! We are almost a full year into this pandemic and the darker days and cold weather leaves us feeling more anxious than perhaps in previous lockdowns. Some of us are feeling isolated and missing our family and friends. Here are a few easy ways to check in on yourself and those around you. We don't need to tick off everything in the list but today, try and find at least 3 things that you can do today for yourself ❤ Reach out to someone, you have no idea sometimes how much a simple "how are you doing" can mean x ...
